        Our garage door spring broke Friday afternoon. My wife immediately called Shank Door because we have been customers over 20 years. An appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon. We use our garage door to enter and exit our house, so we were extremely impressed with the quick scheduling and price quote. Harold H. was our service tech. He was awesome!! Harold replaced the broken spring and inspected our door thoroughly. He made several adjustments to our door and hinges. Harold was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend Shank Door to anyone with garage door needs!
