Love the people at the branch however it's a horrible run company that never seems to want to help you, kept thousands with them yet I had to jump threw hoops for the smallest things and even the bankers at the branch didn't see why they did it to us

Asked the teller to deposit AS CASH so my funds could be readily available being my paycheck is a business check drawn off Wells Fargo. They deposited it as a check the complete OPPOSITE of what I asked for and now my money wont be available to me until Tuesday. Its Saturday. Called the branch twice to correct the mistake and theyre branch line forwards you to customer service EVEN THOUGH THEYRE OPEN. Customer service tells me I have to go back to the branch I deposited while Im on my way to work. I have a 0 balance and they wont correct this without me having to physically drive 40 minutes BACK TO THE BRANCH to correct their mistake. Absolute terrible service experienced today.
