Trust me this is not a place you want to raise children. The people who own this place don't really care about it just 💰 Also no money is put back into the apartments and rent continues to go up every few months. This place needs a lot of work. It is very dated. Really needs new management (someone who cares) someone who can bring in the TLC it sooooo desperately needs. Unless this happens soon this place will probably not make it much longer. If you don't believe this reveiw than just stop by and speak to some of the tenants and decide for yourself. I had never lived somewhere after the lease is signed for the price of the rental it continues to go up in rent. Is that even legal without signing a new agreement?
