        I am a conservative Mennonite with a small business and approached Martin's with hopes of getting them to help with annual filings. Upon arrival, the secretary posted my name in the internal chat to see if any employees knew who I was. No one at the office that day did, so I was told to go elsewhere. I felt belittled and insulted.

        Extremely hard to get ahold of, were filing the taxes wrong and had to wait weeks on a document I was told I would have in a few days, I only got it finally because I kept calling... no follow up customer service.
