        Dale K is a great loan officer and the branch staff have always been helpful. I am very pleased with dollar bank and happy to be a customer

        The staff at the Murrysville branch are wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The only downside to banking with Dollar Bank is the online banking which is seriously lacking. I had planned to move all my accounts to Dollar when we refinanced our mortgage with them, but decided not to after dealing with the limitations of their website/app.

        This bank will charge you for EVERYTHING! No help with accidental overdrafts, slow service, the list goes on and on. Website can be misleading as well.
