Apple Dental

This review is for Lycoming Dental in Muncy, Pa. My appointment was for 2pm. I didn’t get taken back to a room until 2:20. Once in the room the dentist came in to numb my mouth. I waited an additional 45 minutes in the room and nobody ever came back in. Apparently they think my time isn’t as important as theirs.

So quite a few months ago my wife was in need of an extraction. We got an appointment and got there they told us that our insurance wasn’t any good (even thought we knew it was good). So we paid out of pocketing full to have it done. Only to find out they bill our insurance so one I saw that I called our insurance and then them. Said we would get a refund. Well it’s been 7-8 months and still no refund. And after this last time they told us to find somewhere else to go. So all in all they want all your money upfront to do a serviceable when they double bill they don’t want to refund your money. Very poor attitude from the billing and patient services. Would not recommend them.

All around what a great experience dealing with this group! I was a new patient and I felt like I had been going there for years. Highly recommend. Dentist(s) were outstanding
