    Saying lets talk about the facts and then proceed to lie. If you were planning on looking at it after lunch why say probably not going to get to it today you probably have to leave it why say that if that is not what was gonna happen.. cant imagine you would have looked at and diagnosed alll of the cars u had planned to deal with in the day within the first hour or so of business being open. How do i have unreal expectations.. who leaves their car for just an oil change FOR HOURS? does it take you hours to perform an oil change? why would i ask for an oil change leave it with you spend 60 bucks to get to work and come back 6 hours later and maybe you changed it maybe you didnt? tha's an unreal expectation if you want to talk about unreal expectations. If i wanted an oil change with you i would not leave it there i would call and ask when can i come in for just an oil change and then i would have sat had coffee and waited, cuz your waiting room is cute and welcoming. Is it an unreal expectation for me to make an appointment specifically so i know you can look at it that day and expect you to? How is that unreal? You make it seem like someone who left their only car wit you is crazy to want to call and check on it 4-5 hours after leaving it. Stop with the lies and the bullying. Your problem is communication. If u said we are going to look at it now we just got back from lunch I wouldnt have wanted to take it and not come back but thats not what was said. If it was planned to be looked at why did i get a different story? Why cant yall just do it and say it straight? Thats THE PROBLEM! How can i have unreal expectations if i made an appointment in advance? How is communication and the whole story an unreal expectation?? If its something why when i call tell me something it is not? Why is the fact that its a 2011 and just over 100k miles a reason for it to go unlooked at or looked at last? And you are lying about the electronic estimate being sent to me, if thats something new, maybe, but i have absolutely no email or text from you guys ever talking about an estimate. All estimates have been verbal to me. You guys have never offered a shuttle or to pick up my car even after possibly expressing to you that its MY ONLY CAR. Never once been said to me at all which it should be exclusive and advertised in your waiting room or something. But not once ever has that part of your business as a courtesy been offered to me at all. If i came in too late for yall to even want to look at it THEN SAY THAT AT THE DOOR. she went in there gave you my key, could have easily told her then to tell me maybe it's not a good day to bring it. You said theres something going on in my world other than a check engine light. and you are correct sir, absolutely, car issues dont wait till you are done with your crisis in life to come about no they like to arrive smack dab in the middle of several crisi you are trying to navigate through, it's always the cherry on top in my life, this happens that happens Ish happens and oh yeah lets just light up the check engine light. SO apparently i am expected to carry a mountain of issues with a smile on my face, NO the other issues are not your issue or problem, i am taking out exactly what i should on you regarding the current prtoblem that YOU have given me, BUT you did NOT HAVE TO THEN BECOME ANOTHER ISSUE FOR ME! You are treating me like i shouldnt call and see whats going on with my only car and you also feel like your altered facts should put me in my place and it doesnt sir, You are the one who needs PLACEMENT

When I read this review, I can't help think that there is something else going on in your world besides a car with a Check Engine light on? Sincerely, with all do respect, we never meant to cause you this kind of discontent. But before we get any further, lets talk about the facts of the matter first. You made an appointment to drop off a older 100k+ mileage vehicle that had never been to our facility prior and had a list of concerns. There was a Check Engine light on for a few days (engine management issue), A "Gas Cap" light that randomly comes on (emission system issue) and a loss of antifreeze from the engine or radiator (engine mechanical issue). We also noted on the vehicle check in that I did myself that the Tire Pressure Monitor light was on. I photographed the dash concerns, retrieved the information for the car and got an work order started. So moving on...you came to the shop at 10:00am this morning...not exactly "early in the morning" ( I checked the cameras to verify the time), but was fine with us since you were dropping it off. If you would of told us that you needed results in a couple of hours, we would of told you to not waste your time if there was a time constringent. Now obviously the guys weren't sitting there waiting for you to arrive, right? We run a very busy facility. But at no time, was anybody else vehicle put in front of yours based on job type or value...that's just not how we do it. Vehicles come in for random reasons and we can't always tell how long the required repair will take. An inspection may allocate 30 min but if it needs front brakes, all of a sudden it's now a 2hr time lot. That's just the nature of the business and there isn't much that can be done about it. Your car wasn't there "1st thing" so other appointments were started. Our Team worked on 8 or 9 vehicles today and none of them were "walk ins". Our intention was that after the guys got back from lunch, your car would be diagnosed so we could come up with a plan. So when you called at 2:00, Steve was honest with you that we didn't have any answers yet but we would know something soon. Yes you are correct...there wasn't any other communication with you prior to this point because frankly there was nothing to report. Once a vehicle is diagnosed, an estimate is prepared and sent to you electronically so we can discuss the matter at hand. You already realize this because you have been to our facility 3 times in the past. Regardless, you made it quite clear that you were coming for the vehicle immediately and would have to schedule for another time. At that point, we didn't move any further with the repair because we don't need to upset you if you came and can't get your car right away. Then when you arrived, he asked you what your schedule was like and you made it clear that you didn't want us to perform any work for you. I'm not sure what your expectations were that you were going to drop off a vehicle with a "diagnostic list" and treat it like an oil change appointment or something. That's reality....and anyone who comes to our facility can attest that we go through great lengths to pick up & deliver cars, courtesy rides and any other way that we can help a customer with the "logistics" of getting the car here. As for the rest of your "rant", it's just a cynical and degrading assumption of business practices that aren't true. We have performed good service for you in the past and we would of done it the same way again in the future but your unrealistic expectations of automobile repairs appears to have blown this way out of proportion. Again, I'm sorry for you with whatever is going on...and I hope you get your car fixed as quickly as possible. Sorry for the long reply but I felt it was warranted.
