        Can't say enough about the staff, especially Marcus and Wilson, who went above and beyond to help us out when our bus broke down on a school field trip and we were stranded just down the road. We couldn't get home and they quickly worked to accommodate 3 chaperones and 45 students. Marcus went out of his way to extend check out times, make extra room accomodations and assisted with a medical issue. Thanks again for all you did for the pack of stranded Canadians!

        "I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. My son had a health issue, and we won't be able to go on vacation. We tried to reschedule or get a refund, but the employees and the manager just keep saying it's not possible. So what happens with the money, do they keep it? THIS IS STEALING."
