Sewer grinder pump not working called my insurance they sent this company out to service my pump. I before hand called to verify that my sewer grinder pump was covered under my warranty before I proceeded to pay for the service fee. The assigned me to BB. Plumbing and they sent a gentlemen out how took a picture and said it is not covered. I showed him a screenshot of the coverage and he said i had to call the office and left. He did nothing to investigate the problem at all. I called their office had to leave a voicemail 3 times no return call. I called my insurance and was told they had to investigate what the vendor said with no return call. They are just horrible to not even call me back is poor customer service. And now I go on to the insurance web site to review my claim and they closed it out due to BB plumbing saying it is not covered. even tho they did absolutely nothing to verify what the problem actually is-----never use them!!!!!

I am a dyi kind of guy, and this man has helped me several times over the years. Just yesterday, 12/28/23, I went there to see if he had a "9/16 x28 brass faucet seat" for a very old faucet. He gave me one at no cost. What a kind man. You rarely find a businessman like that anymore. Thank you.

Claudette was rude. I am not sure if she was just having a bad day, or if this is simply her natural demeanor, but her communication style was tacky and lacked decorum. So sad to see customer service go down the drain (no pun intended). I've reached out to the owner, and I'll update this review based on that conversation.

Had my faucet outside burst. They came within a couple of days, replaced the part quickly, added a shutoff, and even applied a nice little coupon for me that took off ~15% of the total cost. Will be using again
