Whitmoyer Ford

I had a great experience with the Whitmoyer Ford in Pennsylvania. I made this purchased from a different state over the phone. Nick was assigned to me as my rep. Everything over the phone went pretty fine and smoothly. Even when I arrived to the dealership Nick, and some of the other coworkers were pretty nice in helping me with my purchase. They were two small issues that Nick got resolved for me, one being my spare key and the second being my Floor mats for my vehicle, which did not come with the vehicle at the time of purchase. They gave me the go to purchase these items from my jeep dealership in Maryland, and they reimburse me for the Purchases.

Im a researcher. I look at all my options before making a purchase. Whitmoyer Ford was the small dealership personal interaction that I was looking for. Nothing pushy. No games. Finance department was very helpful and honest. Talk to Zachery Myers. He will get you what you need for a price thats fair. 100% recommend

Working with the service side of things has been a great experience. The receptionists are helpful as well as the tech team as they reached out and followed up with me on questions I had.
