    Hello, I recently moved to Wellington Chase and I love the apartment, it is very nice, comfortable and comfortable, just what I needed, the maintenance is super good and they take care of it immediately even if there is a minimal problem, Madeline and Amy make an excellent team of They are very friendly and provide very good service, I am fascinated, delighted with my department plus the great human being that Madeline is...     My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year we haven't had a problem with really anything till one day our tank on the toilet split in half and I finally had to use the emergency contact to get ahold of maintenance and when I called someone answered within the first 2 rings on a Friday night and Nelson being the amazing maintenance technician that he is came in and got us fixed up in no time. Replaced what he needed to and gave us peace of mind in knowing the job was done correctly. Nothing but good things to say about this property and their team members!

    I have lived at Wellington Chase for 5 years, and I love it. Nice and comfortable apartment and friendly people. Maintenance takes care of any problems in a timely manner. Madeline and Amy in the office are so nice and very helpful. I'm glad I moved here after my husband's passing.

    A 12-month nightmare. Immediately regretted moving here but tried to give it a chance. The apartments (not just mine) get embarrassingly dusty beyond belief. When you turn on the heat/AC all it does is blow dust through all the vents. The air ducts need professionally vacuumed but that would cost them money to do so. Maintenance just replaces a cheap part with another cheap part so nothing is ever wholly repaired. You can only pay your rent with a check?! No online portal, no way to auto-pay from your bank account? Regular power surges/outages are the norm. I came home numerous times to see the clock on the microwave flashing on/off due to a power outage. Lights throughout the apartment constantly flicker due to power surges. Living under a bridge would have been better than living here. Good riddance!
