Its been 5 years and hundreds of phone calls but i finnally am getting things repaired here, The new Manager is ok but cocky when you point out the faults this place has. I have walls cracking, paint curddling, repairs that were made and wrong paint used to fix. I highly suggest looking around for the rent you pay here for really just get the unit, storage are, and there are pay by use washers and dryers . Other places have a pool and a gym and playgound for kids. Go there Just the truth

Pretty nice apartment complex, easy access to main roads and easy access to the main portion of Morton. Lots of easy access to stores.

I lived here for three years. It is an overall nice place, especially for the rent. Nice units, quiet location, and no pests that I have seen. Parking is great as well. There are a few drawbacks. Laundry is shared and can be a little competitive. Not all residents are respectful of the rooms. Maintenance is fine overall, but could be a little more responsive. Sometimes you need to keep calling when you need something fixed. Sound also travels easily from the hallway into the unit. We had a lot of children on our floor that would run and play in the hallway, which was disruptive when trying to work from home. That being said, none of these issues were severe enough that they would have discouraged me from renting. Management also gave us our deposit back with no problems, which surprised me. Some companies are very dishonest with security deposits, but we had no trouble here. I do recommend this place and would not have left if I didnt need more space.

Got approved for an apartment, paid the holding deposit and everything, only for the office to call me saying my apartment caught fire and I could no longer live there but they had other units available that were conveniently higher priced that they could secure for me instead. I also drove by the apartment and saw no evidence of such. They provided no images of the apartment beforehand and did not allow me to tour, and definitely did not provide pictures of the apartment after the fire. A few days later they reposted the exact unit I was supposed to move into. I called the office and when I asked about that, confused as to why it was relisted as it was supposedly unliveable, and was met with a woman sounding very nervous over the phone making up excuses and back tracking once I brought it up. I do not believe the apartment was ever available, and they tried to bait and switch me to spend more money. They were very nice people before, and at least from the pictures the apartments seem lovely, but be aware if they try to scam you too.

I would rate this place zero stars if that were possible. Between living next to someone who would place trash all over the porch between our units, to an obvious pest infestation in the studio building, i truly hated coming home to that apartment by the time I decided to move out. I contacted the management office multiple times about being woken up in the middle of the night on multiple occasions from what sounded like some type of rodent clawing at the wall behind the stove and I had sent management videos of the noise and they tried to downplay it by saying it could be mice (nice try, mice arent that loud). Not to mention, I found a dead rat in front of the unit below mine only a few months prior, but yet they claim there were no signs of infestationyeah ok. Maintenance took 3 weeks to fix my shower after I called several times saying I couldnt use it and had to resort to showering at the gym for 3 weeks. Bottom line, do not rent an apartment here, the management staff is unprofessional, unhelpful and the apartments are not worth the price they charge and the headaches you will encounter from living here. I can honestly say, moving out of that apartment complex was the best secession I ever made.
