        So since Jan 2024 they dont season the chicken in the store anymore. They season it in the facility before sending the chicken to the store. What a horrible mistake!!!! Their chicken has no flavor whatsoever!! This use to be my favorite fast food spot. Now when I go there I have to get the shrimp now. Looks like I will be going back to KFC for chicken. Whoever made this decision in the corporate office needs to be fired and I guarantee they made this change trying to save a few dollars! Chicken is disgusting now and I wont get chicken from here anymore!!! Has not once shred of flavor!!!
