I asked the business owner to do my hair. I showed the business owner the style and asked her to use human hair. She told me the cost would be $170.00. She decided to use kanekalon hair, which is not human hair. I could not see what she was doing until the hair style was almost finished. At that point I showed her the picture again and she insisted I would like the hairstyle she opted to give me instead. Her hairstyle was not what I asked for, nor did she use the human hair I assumed I was paying for. She then opted to try to fix it and began to crochet in human hair to the kanekalon hair. In order to lock the human hair, she added nail glue which I did not know she was adding until my friend whom I called to intervene came in. As the business owner proceeded to put mousse on my hair, the glue turned into white rocks. The business owner left me looking a hot ghetto mess. The next day after I finished crying, I had a few friends come to assist me to take the fake hair out and as suspected, the glue reached my natural hair. Each braid had chunks of my natural hair in it. A licensed hairstylist would know not to put nail glue in someone's hair because it will seep into your natural hair. PLEASE INVESTIGATE SAID BUSINESS FOR A PROPER LICENSE TO DO HAIR. HOLDING HER ACCOUNTABLE FOR ILLEGAL PRACTICES SUCH AS PLACING NAIL GLUE INTO SOMEONE'S HAIR.

I went in here to buy a specific velvet silk bonnet for my kids hair, I was not greeted upon entering the establishment. Which is just rude. Then I saw something that looked like what I was looking for but wasn't 100% certain it would work for my child as she needs one that ties to stay on while she sleeps. I asked if they could open it so I could see & the woman grabs the box from me & says,"no, I won't be able to close back up!" It was in a normal box that could be opened & closed just fine but without hesitation she snatched them from me & puts it back on rack. When she does I see the back of box which I didn't see at first that showed it tied. So I get the 2 I had back & say I will buy these. There was a younger girl behind the counter with half her head in cornrows that looked terrible, Who rung up the purchase I put my card in the machine & it asked at the end if I wanted a printed reciept so I hit the button, then it says done, under that so I hit done. Well the girl tells me no no no don't hit anything it's fine I said "no its not the purchase is done so I hit done!" Then the Lady in back yells up whats wrong & she tells her i kept hitting the print button which wasn't the real issue. Why was she so mad that I hit done on the purchase. It makes me question what the intent was with my debit card for when i left? to be honest I can only feel like they are trying to steal from me just like she treated me when I asked her to show me what I was about to buy... like I was going to steal from them! Shame on this businesses they have alot to learn about customer service here in U.S.A.
