Sam's Plaza Shoe Repair

Took a brand new Nine West purse to have a strap re-attached as the stitching came out. They sewed the inner lining into the strap and I had difficulty opening the inside zipper. Took it back and instead of undoing the stitching, they cut the fabric away. Now I have a hole and it looks like trash as they tried gluing the purse. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICES.

I took my favorite pair of sandals here to just have a heel replaced. There was absolutely nothing else wrong with the shoes. They sloppily replaced the heel,  and in the process for some reason sprayed the shoes with what the owner said was "waterproofing"... Which I did not ask for... This turned the wedges on the sandal a totally different color than the rest of the shoe.  I was very upset about this when I picked it up and she said she would fix it.  I came back the following week and the shoe had been sprayed an entirely different color other the color that was created by the waterproofing!! This color did not match the rest of the shoe.  When I complained again, the owner nsisted that it could be fixed. I just went to pick up the shoe and it looked like they were sprayed with silver spray paint, and many areas of the rest of the shoe have overspray. The original shoe color is pewter. The shoes are entirely RUINED .Not only were they my favorite pair of sandals, they cost over $80 originally, she charged me $20 to replace the heel... and then did three other processes on the shoe that I did not ask for that rendered them unwearable. I'm taking them home to throw them in the trash.  The current owner (daughter) sees nothing wrong. She took over the business from her father who was the original owner that passed away. She clearly does not have his skills which is what the good reviews for this place were based on. Do NOT go here unless you want to just waste your money and ruin your shoes
