Stopped here to buy a trailer for my trip home. Nice trailer, decent price, but manager was not at all friendly and took away from the experience.

We drove 35 miles from Binghamton New York because they had a copper spinner sprinkler I was looking for. A woman that was helping us first said they would be on the floor if they had them. I asked if she could check the inventory on the computer and I had to ask twice. They had 6 at the store and she told me she would check in the back, so she went in the back and came right back out and told me she couldnt look through all the boxes . Then my husband asked if we left our phone number could they call us when they finally get them to the floor and she had the nerve to say that she would take our number but would most likely forget to call. We were leaving the store and she said to her co-worker Im leaving. Even if it were the end of her shift she should have been more helpful or tried to get another employee to help. Very rude.
