        We reserved a car for Williamsport PA online from our SC residence, no problems. Arrived to pick up the rental & the agent informed us that my company discount didn't apply because I needed my employee badge (I don't travel with it when on vacation). Okay, understandable. Please remove the discount then, "We can't rent to you regardless because we only rent to PA residents who live within 30 miles of this location" What??? Where was this nugget of information during the reservation process? Long story short, we've driven a Class C RV 11 hrs to watch the Little League WS & now have no transportation to/from the games because ALL the other rental car companies vehicles are rented. We've made our first & last rental reservation with Hertz!

        My son couldnt rent car because his license was out of state well he did 6 years in navy and big issue he can serve but not able to rent a vehicle while home because his gram passed .. I am so disappointed with your company Rachel segraves

        Made a reservation at our local Hertz (that is at our local airport and currently has no commercial flights) for 2 mini vans over a month ago but, to show up and they close at 11:30am, the same time for our pick up. The attendant was walking out and in her car when I approached her to ask if she was the attendant for Hertz and why we couldn't get our reservations? She said they close at 11:30am and she was not going to help us. I asked why we weren't notified of this situation prior? We asked to talk to her supervisor so she called and she said no also. I asked you can't go back in for 10 minutes to give us our rentals that were right in front of us. She said no. I'm not sure what type of training is going on with Hertz but this was certainly unacceptable, poor customer service and a loss of business.
