The Best of the Best We started our mortgage refinancing with PennyMac and decided to stop right before closing because of deception and incompetence. We looked for a new lender and did find Colonial Mortgage Services of America where John took care of us. John delivered every step of the way. He is honest, transparent and extremely competent. He responds to questions almost instantly whether it is within and outside regular working hours (I am wondering if John ever sleeps). The closing figure was within a few dollars of the initial quote! Amazing! Not only was the refinancing a pleasurable experience (thanks to John), but Colonial Mortgage Services of America provided us with the lowest rate and the lowest closing cost.
