Dental Innovations

Dr. Kurtzman is a very good dentist and he provided great dental care. I have no complaints against the actual dental work. However I have a problem with the admin office. I had a very simple wisdom tooth extraction. My insurance information was checked out and I was told to pay a relatively small amount per extracted tooth that insurance would not cover. I paid this outright. I was told that the remaining charges would be covered. After a couple of months I received a large bill that I need to pay. Why did admin/front desk not clarify this in advance? I would have worked it out ahead of time with my insurance before making a booking. It was not a complicated procedure that insurance coverage would be vague. I should have been informed ahead of time.

Everyone at this practice was kind and very professional. Its a fun, relaxed atmosphere and the office is really clean. Amber is especially friendly, funny, and efficient. She was really informative during my consult!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I go in crying In pain, told I have an infection , obviously no concern to give antibiotics and now woke up this morning swollen so bad I can barely speak. In so much pain. Horrible

I went in for my cleaning today with Joanne, and she was absolutely wonderful! Before she was even finished my teeth they felt amazing. And she even explained what she was doing to make me feel even more comfortable. Needless to say I plan on having my cleanings done with her from here on out!

Dr West, As you know, my smile is very important to me. What you don't know is that I was very concerned about what my smile would look after you repaired my chipped front tooth- no one has ever touched my front teeth. Thank you so much for giving me my smile back:) The color and shape are perfect and no one can tell I had work done!
