LONG TIME OVERDUE. I would like to give a 5 star salute to Mall Auto Service...particularly Mr. Matt. I came in with what I thought was a problem. Mr. Matt could have easily exploited my naiveness and limited car knowledge. He didn't! Instead he told me that I didn't need the work I thought I needed. He said I can do it and take your money but I won't because that is not good business! In all my life I have only had a one hand full of businesses that actually care about the consumers they service and Mall Auto Service and Mr. Matt is on that list.
