        I ordered my first pair of glasses 9 months ago. After waiting a week I picked them, got several miles down the road and realized I was seeing double. They hadn’t put the prisms in to correct my double vision. I went back and they corrected the issue but I again had to wait another week. I just ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and went to pick them up today. Exact same issue, no prisms and I again have to wait another week. I have no doubt they will correct the issue but how does this happen twice? They can’t expedite my glasses and no offer of compensation. Fool me once…. Don’t think I’ll be going back for a third pair.
