I highly recommend Banter in Monroeville. Ney and her staff are truly professional. My daughter had a problem with her piercing and was upset. Ney quickly fixed the problem and my daughter left with a smile!

My daughter and two of her friends had their ears pierced at this location today. The ladies who helped us were awesome with the kids, and they did a great job helping us choose the right earrings for our girls. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for making this process so easy for our kiddos.

I used to really like piercing pagoda. I have bought numerous rings, necklaces and earrings from here. On this trip I was wanting to get a ring replaced that I had bought the insurance on. First they did not have the size I wanted. They could not order it bc I would have to pay the difference in price. So I exchanged it for a size I didn't want and I did not get insurance again so I only had 30 days to exchange to get a new size. I had to call multiple times and I checked another location that I'd be visiting they luckily had the size I wanted and did exchange for me. I can't believe how much their prices have changed and how much the insurance has change in price.

Took our toddler daughter to get her ears pierced herestaff was amazing. Very professional and personable, helped out huge with my wife and I and did an amazing job on my daughters ear piercing
