image If there was an option to put less than one star, I absolutely would. Do not enter this hospitals ER unless you are dying. Even then, they will probably take 3 people back before you (who showed up hours after you checked in). While waiting 4+ hours to be seen, a woman who was there for an hour was taken back before me. Then their highly qualified nurses came back to the waiting room TO GET THE LADY THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN BACK. It feels as if incompetent children are running the ER, but who am I to say for sure? I was never taken back. You would have better luck googling your symptoms.

image My son was brought to Forbes by ambulance. He was afraid his past would compromise his care. I talked to social worker Banielle and she was very assuring he would get good care. So im a nervous nelly and when i arrived at er Antonae at registration was calming i must have bugged her so many times and she still smiled and told me i can talk to her. So helpful. Thank

image arriving at 6:45 pm they are quick to put an iv port in so they can charge us. It is now 11:18pm and we are still waiting. I asked the desk person and she said you will be waiting for a bit. My wife is not critical enough I guess

image Update a charge nurse finally was notified and apologized for the awful communication and treatment and even said the social worker had to of had the wrong chart because he definitly wasn't given meds.....annoyed
If I could give 0 I would. Rude, ridiculous, lie on charts, forgets patients. Avoid here at all cost.
My husband was in a head on Collison. We got to the hospital and they did x rays and CT. Scan.
The scan showed what they said was a possi le brain bleed but they wanted to scan again to be sure, they told us they would be back at 11. At 2pm he had not seen them. No one had checked on him since he got the scan. So at 2 he hit thw button just for an update. 20 minutes no one came. He went to the nurse station to check. He asked for a patient advocate whe. The nurse laughed and said yeah its normal to not be seen on time. And walked away from him.
He wanted to see if he could have Tylenol. When the patient advocate came in. And he asked for some communication on what a brain bleed is, how serious, the wait time and of he can have something for pai , they looked at the chart and said you had Tylenol at 8 am. We said no he did not. The advocate said it's in the chart. We said we understand but we never recieved it, he said he wasn't a nurse and walked out of the room. Finally someone came to take us for the CT scan.. and here we are still waiting. ... AJ you are a horrible advocate. We just wanted answers on what was happening. We understand waiting and things come up but 3 hours after the time the trauma team said we just wanted to ve sure we weren't forgotten. We also were scared because we don't known anything about how serious or not this is and no one would come in and talk to us. You did not do your job and should be ashamed. Whoever got my husband's meds hope it helped .....
