        Walked in, nobody at desk, can see 3 employees sitting in the other room... a 4th person (who sounded like she was cutting someones hair) yelled from back "Did you sign in online?" No, I reply. "Sign on the pad in front of you." So I did. Waited a few minutes, none of the employees would look at me, they just continued their conversation. Nobody said anything to me like how long I needed to wait, or please have a seat or anything. Not another word. I just felt like it was poor customer service, like I was bothering them. I realize maybe they had appointments and couldn't take me right away, but just an acknowledgement would have been nice.

        I took my 11yr old son in for a spur of the moment haircut today Brittani (I believe her name was) did a great job on his cut and in his words. Didnt hurt me combing out his curls! He loves his hair!! Thanks!
