Dr.Pirollo has helped a close family member tremendously. She went in not able to feel her own shoulder blade, but after about 2 or 3 visits her shoulder blade is now aligned. He was very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Mike is the best!!!! Very easy going definitely helps my daughters back. She has scoliosis and got frequent headaches. Dr. Pirollo has helped with that.

Dr. Mike is a bonafide master of the chiropractic arts and realm. His abundant diagnostic prowess is equaled by his hands-on adjustment skills. He has helped us old folks [Seventy-somethings] in a myriad of ways and he continues to keep us straightened out, literally, no pun, and on the straight and narrow, as it were, as far as maintaining a physically active lifestyle pursuant to, hopefully, many more years of good health. Dr. Mike never rushes, a rarity these days no matter the profession. He is determined to accurately assess what the nature of the problem is that you may be having and apply the exact fix it requires when needed no matter how long that may take. Besides making us feel much younger than our years post-adjustment, the results of our regular visits include better balance leading to improved agility and freedom of movement via greater leg strength and overall stability and flexibility, especially in the lower back and hips. Dr. Mike also uses soft tissue trigger point therapy strategically on sore or overly tight muscles as needed to complement the chiropractic. One of us had never had a chiropractic adjustment before. It has been a revelation for her to experience chiropractic's many benefits and see how much it's helped relieve and, in many cases, eliminate long-time, historically aggravating aches and pains and particularly in a long-problematic knee, the result of an old sports injury.
Dr. Mike is ably assisted by an excellent support staff in Ms. Christine and Ms. Danielle. We were made to feel welcome from the jump by all and, eventually, in the presence of good friends. They are genuinely good people and world class at what they do. Greater Pittsburgh and especially Monroeville-Pitcairn are exceptionally lucky to have them.

Dr. Mike is just wonderful. I have been a patient since circa 2007 so that's 15 years. He is top-notch and I have referred him to friends who suffer with chronic pain. He is a remarkable, empathetic physician.
