Generally I very much love my Etron. Range is an issue on long trips, but drafting helps a lot. While it has radio, the lack of scan son seek buttons means there are long quiet times in the vehicle. Thanks to external Navi apps and PlugShare the trips are ok. A vehicle of this quality should have both. Audi should do a Navi deal and redesign the radio.

I purchased a used car from them today, not under the best of circumstances. Andrew & Alex were both very kind, patient, knowledgable and accomidating.Larry put the paperwork together quickly and efficiently. So I can say the service was very good. As for the used car, it was exactly as described, was clean, appropriately serviced & appears to be in good condition[but remember I haven't owned it a whole 24 hours yet]. I would reccommend this dealership to others.

Absolute den of thieves! These clowns are liars and thieves. Sold me a vehicle on a lie that a part the car needed was ordered and would be two days, once received they would fix that was 5 months ago now. Still no part no call no nothing this group is the worst Ive experienced complete liars and crooks including the manager who took the time to lie to me about this situation three different occasions. This place is a joke!
