I usually don't say anything bad about small businesses because I never have any problems they're usually the nicest people. The woman that owns the shop is extremely rude. I ordered one item and I've ordered from screen printers before so I just figured it would be a pretty quick turnaround I ordered a sweatshirt it took a little longer than I expected that's totally fine (she said a few days and it took two weeks). I ordered one more item anyway when I picked that one up and it's been 5 weeks... She told me it would be 2 originally. I tried to call and didn't get a call back so I decided to stop in and when I did she was very rude to me. I get being busy but I have been very nice every time and I just don't understand why you would be that rude. I don't anticipate ever getting this item and I definitely would not recommend this shop unless you're apparently getting 400 items because she told me it's easier to print bulk orders

Shell is great! There seems to be nothing she cant do. Great attitude great designs and always thinking about the customer and doing the best job possible. Highly recommend this place!

I had to order soccer shirts for my son. She did a great job helping me decide what size shirt to order him since he floats between certain kid/adult sizes. She took the time to show me the sizing chart and how to measure a shirt properly to get the right fit. I really appreciated the help.
