        Bailey was very professional and took care of all of my familys cellphones, internet, and direct TV needs. It is nice to see her back with AT&T. Head to the Beaver Valley Mall location, and ask for her!

        Went in today with a pretty unique situation with my account. I was met quickly by Bailey Jo who wasted no time taking care of my complex account issues, the experience was quick and she took care of every single concern I had with the account and even offered to follow up on the situation to make sure everything was going smoothly after leaving the store. No doubt best customer service I have had with at&t 5 stars all day! Thanks again Bailey Jo!

        Added another line (4th one) to my plan last night and purchased another device to go along with that. After determining that the device was defective, we brought it into your store. The employee working today informed us that if they exchanged it, there would be a "restocking fee", or we could take it to a manufacture's store to have them address it. I purchased the phone from you, I am your client. The manufacturer has no part in our business transaction. In the future I will be purchasing my devices directly from the manufacturer, along with all of my accessories. Do not tell me to reach out to you to address this! You have my contact info, if you want to correct this problem, call me.
