My husband and I used Mark as our realtor to purchase our first home and we cannot recommend him enough! Being new to the whole process, we were nervous but Mark walked us through everything, making for a smooth buying process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and talked through any concerns we had. He was on time for every showing and gave honest feedback on each home. You could tell he wanted the best for us and wasnt looking to just sell us something. When it came time to make an offer, he wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our purchase and never pushed us in a certain direction. He had a list of inspectors (Tom was awesome), mortgage lenders (highly recommend the Wagners), electricians, surveyors, etc. that he trusted when we asked for recommendations. We looked for 2 years with Mark before we found our home. He was so patient with us during the process and always provided sound advice. Mark was quick to respond to any requests for showings or more information on a listing. His excellent reputation and advocacy for us made (finally) buying our home pleasant rather than stressful. When selling our townhome, he put time and attention into the listing to attract a buyer quickly, which he did! We are forever grateful to Mark and often joke that we miss our group texts with him!
