REMAX SELECT - Greg Salopek

Greetings fellow future home owners! My name is Brian Katana, my friends call me Mr. Pepsi. I wanted to take a minute to share my most awesome experience with the most coolest real estate agent I know, Mr. Greg Salopek. My story begins in the house I grew up in, I sold back in June 2023...my plan "was" to travel the U.S. & look for a new State to settle down in. I'm single, no kids, financially stable, work in Law Enforcement, no family (parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc are all deceased)...I am alone. So I sold my house & took off on my driving adventure. In short, I came back to PA & wanted to gather up my things & leave PA...my friends didn't want me to leave...my job reached out & wanted me to come back...so I went back to work after they offered me a big incentive...now I need a house! My friends all are telling me, "Dude, check this house out"...or..."Bro u need this house". Lol...as I was browsing I came across a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Brick Home in Beaver County, Center Twp, PA. on Remax. I called the agent & it was Greg. From the moment I met up with Greg, I had a good vibe from him. Greg is patient, honest...he just doesn't wana put anyone in a home just to make a sale, hell even of the few homes we looked at before, I knew they weren't right for me due to issues AND Greg even admitted "Brian, don't buy this house". Right there I come to really trust Greg. So it was bout a month timeframe Greg & I were looking at homes...Greg isn't the pushy type or ur bothering me type...Greg was very cool, professional guy all the way. So when I found this new home, I really liked it...haha Greg was even helping me by asking other sellers hard questions...it's like I felt a true friend was on my side looking out for me. In conclusion, I bought my new home from Greg...he was by my side from the beginning till the end...and I PROMISE YOU, if ur looking for a real estate agent, contact Greg...YOU WONT REGRET IT, I PROMISE. We had to make a quick move across the country that involved putting an offer on a house sight unseen. While I dont recommend that approach, if you ever do have to do that, make sure Greg is your realtor. We could trust his judgment and advice every step of the way, and he was excellent at calming my nerves and answering my million questions. We LOVE our new house!! Bonus: Greg is very funny.

Had a realtor before Greg that couldnt get us over the hump in one of the toughest housing markets in some time. Called Greg and within 2 months had us in our new home! Greg was an incredible help. Had unique out of the box ideas for making offers that put us in the mix with every house we were interested. Zero pressure, patient man that helped at every turn. Would highly recommend.

We are so happy that we had Greg in our corner to find our first home. We had a very specific location in mind to buy, and Greg was proactive and incredibly patient with us (we were very particular). In dealing with other agents, Greg always showed to be not only extremely professional, but truly knowledgeable. His guidance really helped us to understand the homebuying process. We could not recommend Greg Salopek more!

Being a first time home buyer and purchasing a new construction was a big step, but Greg made the entire process as simple as possible. He was available 24/7 for our needs, and assisted in any and every way. Highly recommend!
