        Don't waste your time. I personally have purchased furniture from here and referred my Mom, who has been waiting 10 weeks for dining room set and they could still not give us a delivery date! The only good thing is that they cancelled the order so she can find a table elsewhere. Reading the previous reviews show that this is an ongoing problem for many of their customers. Greg and Frank quick customer service lesson. 1. Communicate with your customers. Call them and have a solution customers should not have to call you each time their delivery date goes by with no delivery. 2. Apologize. Humble yourself and take ownership of the problem. We kept getting the run around its the shipping company or the manufacturers fault. 3.Accommodate. Try to offer a similar item that you actually can deliver. How about a discount or even a future discount just to show your care.

        Bought a sofa from Mckinneys 6 mths ago. I paid $1450 for it. It is being sold at Big Lots now for $599.99. Totally discusted . Will never buy from them again.

      Due to circumstances beyond our control, the factory took longer to fulfill the customer's dining room purchase than was anticipated. We have been in contact with the customer with the best updates we could provide from the factory. Ultimately, we refunded their money.

      Hi Dorda, here at McKinneys we source our merchandise from manufacturers we know and trust for their style and quality of construction. It is a common practice amongst some furniture manufacturers to duplicate the look and style of their competitors and produce it with lower grade materials to sell it at a lower price. We are not aware of the brands of furniture sold at other stores, we can only vouch for the brands we carry. We would rather sell more reliable furniture at a higher price than lower quality merchandise that will not last at a lower price.
