We cannot get this company nor owner, Thomas Essig, to pay his bills. If he asks for payment for services rendered, remind him that he does not believe in paying people for a job well done! If a man will not honor his own commitments, then WHY WOULD YOU TRUST HIM TO HELP YOU IN A TIME OF NEED?

Biggest snowfall of the year, roads were terrible, and even in the midst of a pandemic, Rescue One Plumbing came to fix a clog in our sewer lines! We are so grateful for this family owned business that has truly passed down great work ethic and a desire to help and service those in need. In desperation, I had called over 20 local plumbing businesses when water started pouring out of the pipes in our basement. Rescue One was the only company that would come out to service us. The gentleman was professional. Found our sewer line outside was clogged and wasted no time unclogging it. Cost was low and more than reasonable (especially given the urgency paired with poor weather and hazardous road conditions!). Thank you, thank you, thank you! Called on a saturday to have a bathroom drain unclogged. He came immediately and i had a working drain less than an hour after making the initial call. Was professional, courteous and prompt. Charged less than 150 on a saturday. 5 stars
