Amazing work! I cannot say enough about the service while working with Y.E.S. They were very responsive and professional thorough out the whole job. The quality of the work was excellent. Signed my contract on March 23, 2019...by June they still hadn't come or contacted us..we moved it to fall. They were supposed to come on Sept 20th, didnt show up, when we tried to cancel, all of a sudden they can come on the 27th-Friday. They did NOT do what the contract says (spray weeds two weeks prior, etc). They finished the job on Monday. 2 weeks later..weeds are growing through the mulch. We contact them several times and they say they're going to spray later in the day. When they didnt come, we emailed again. They said they came out..except that we have the ring camera and know for a fact they didnt. The communication was horrible whether it was calling or email. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating. It's unfortunate I can't add a picture of how much weeds I'm dealing with now. Completely dissatisfied!!!

They ruin the lawns they are hired to care for. They use mowers too heavy for the property they are hired to care for. The mowers too to fast and rip out the lawn. Just awful. Nice enough but just awful end results.
