Management is completely unprofessional, and clueless. They donâ€™t even understand their own payment options. Month to month pay is exactly as it suggests. The guy tried to convince me he picked my trash up for 2 months with no payment. (Why would you do that anyway??). I wasnâ€™t even there to make trash, yet alone carry it down. This led to the discussion on what I do with trash when I donâ€™t pay him to pick it up. It turned out to be all they actually cared about, like I was cheating on them ðŸ¤£.Even wrote me a letter, wondering what I do with my trash when they are not getting it. Unreal the one thing they actually cared about was none of their business, and ironically lost money to their business. Learn to communicate. Service: General junk removal
