Always excellent service. This time I called ahead and made the arrangements with Seth. I purchased four tires for my truck and had an alignment done. Seth had the job completed in a timely manner and even had the tire rebate paperwork filled out so all I had to do was mail it in. Much easier and more efficient than the Harrisburg locations.

This was by far my best vehicle buying experience. I had certain parameters in regards to finances that I needed met. Between Christine in Service and Bump in Sales, they made it happen and quickly. They are genuine sales/service associates and really looked out for my best deal. Troutman's has been my dealership for almost 40 years and I'm definitely sticking with them.
