        Solar Bear Milford PA is the Best!!! Dan and Chris are very professional and have expertise beyond most PV installers. Solar Bear listened to my PV Wishlist , Energy needs & requirements, put together a system that is unbelievable. My PV system covers my essential items, equipment and more. My electric bill is now down to a basic charge from MetEd. Absolutely the Best! I highly recommend Solar Bear, Dan and Chris Great! Thanks you very much !!!!! PS : My son is going to have a PV system installed shortly and Solar Bear will be doing all our work!

        STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!We signed up a contract with Solar Bear in October 2022. The panels were installed on March 9th 2023. This is "reasonable" time between permit approval from the City of Boca and work to be completed, that's not a problem. Since March 2022 Solar Bear cannot pass the inspection from the City of Boca for their installed panels. Solar Bear has submitted 5 work plans and it's keep failing, cannot pass inspection. Solar Bear is incapable to stick to their promise and work that should have been completed all along! We started paying now going to month 5 for the solar panels, plus FPL bill. Imagine 2 bills for electricity in FL - it's a whole paycheck!!! Every time when I call Solar Bear to discuss why is the delay, nobody is taking ownership of the situation, Veronica Rickmon is my personal representative and Traci it's "my case manager" - I keep getting the same answer - the city of Boca rejected our work on the panels. Yes, I am aware that the plan is rejected due to your company's incompetence not doing its due diligence and not providing what is needed. They are giving me the runaround!!! Nobody is stepping forward to try to resolve and see where their problem is. They were super-fast to make you sign the contract and were all "nice and polite" ones you sign than good luck you are on your own!!!- " Regional Manager Tom" -. I contracted him, since he was the salesperson I met, I asked for help from him to see what can be done - he refused and forwarded me "customer service department" ALL OF THEM SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!

      To whom this may concer, This is not our company. We are Solar Bear Energy, LLC, located in Milford, Pennsylvania.. We have no affiliation what so ever with Solar Bear out of Florida. They're a completely different company. Can you please remove this post as soon as possible?Unfortunately, you're not the first one to mistake us for them with negative comments.
