Nicole is Amazing! We used her twice, The first time, we decided to rent our property. As first time landlords we had many questions and were a bit trepidatious. Nicole helped us navigate through that process and we ultimately great tenants. When we felt the time was right to sell, Nicole once again guided us and walked us thru a seamless contract. She is extremely professional, personable and has great insight on the market and always available to answer questions! We highly recommend her!

Working with Nicole to find our home was such an amazing experience. She came highly recommended to us, and we couldnt agree more! We came from several hours away, so each visit wed spend the day together looking in several neighborhoods, at many homes, searching the for the perfect fit for us. She kept her list fresh, listened to our wants, and never tired of us. We had gone into contract with one house that unfortunately the week of closing something disappointing was revealed and we decided not to close. She helped us to recover from that almost immediately by showing our dream house! When we found this one, we placed our bid from the driveway, and closed 5 weeks later. Not only are we thrilled that she was our realtor, but we are so happy to remain in contact and be neighbors with such a wonderful woman.
