Ambassador Tent Rental Pittsburgh

Ambassador Tent Rental provided the tenting, tables, linens, and silverware (and probably a bit more that I'm not thinking of at this time) for our wedding at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. As PBG's exclusive vendor for these services, we were required to use Ambassador. However, this relationship between Ambassador and our venue made the process so easy, and we had a really good idea of what we wanted and how it would look. They had everything set up before we arrived on our wedding day, so we never actually interacted with them in person. We had fast and efficient email communications with them at each step of the process. My favorite part of our set up was the twinkle lights draped along the roof of the tent. It made for such a beautiful scene when the sun set.

We used Ambassador Tent Rental for our 8/1/22 Wedding. Tonia was so great to work with. She responded promptly and made many changes as we needed them throughout the process. even being able to add heaters the week of due to weather. We rented our linens, wood cross-back chairs, bars, blue goblet glasses and sweatheart table! They have affordable prices and good service.

Ambassador Tent Rental provided tenting for mine and my husband's wedding party at the Pump House in the waterfront. They were super great to work with - very responsive to communications. They set up in the days prior to the event, working with our venue contact to get everything finalized. Would absolutely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful to work with! They had everything we needed to rent for our big day and they made it easy on us to set up! They came and set up the tent/tables and came to take it all back down! 10/10 recommend this company
