Took off 3 times to have surgery. 1st time they forgot to tell me they would require me to call in and confirm my own appt 1 week in advance. They also didnt have my teeth when I arrived, this appt was 3 months past my original appointment date and they didnt have my teeth and after taking off work for a week at my brand new job and living with an infection and antibiotics for 9 months straight, I opted to have the infected teeth removed. 2nd time- they miraculously had the wrong number - yet sent me a confirmation on my phone. 3rd time (after I had same surgery a year prior) they forget to tell me they needed a medical clearance. Trista, office manager, refuses to provide name and number of the anasthesiologist who requires medical clearance once I mention that its malpractice if you operated on me once prior and never demanded a clearance then. Do not go here!!!!! You will regret it and use all your vacation days! The worst place ever! This is after 9 months straight of antibiotics and not seeing me or taking care of the infection. The first surgery- I show up and they didnt have my teeth! Then via phone call they tell me, after paying for my temporary sets, that they not only removed my bottom teeth, took impressions and charged me for the set they strangely decided they didnt need the bottoms anymore. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a professional. The worst. Save yourself time- and get a real professional dentist with competent support staff- do yourselves a favor and get rid of TRISTA. Suddenly, no dentist or anasthesiologist has ever done work on me in their office(s) and their refusing to provide my records. Corrupt and incompetent fraudulent practices. They charged my insurance and took my money, cant get anyone to take my call to get my money back or release the authorization. Reported them to my insurance company for fraud.

Took the insurance charged it. Started the dentures then kept canceling my appoinments. So when i got upset about them telling me to reschedule 3x they dropped me. Took over a year and a call to the insurance company to report the fraud so they called the dentist with me on the line and finally i have my coverage back. Ps they will refuse to return calls unless reported. This place need investigated for malicious practices and discrimination against mentally handicapped. I got upset but im also autistic so a meltdown is out of my control

He fixed my smile!!!! He is the first dentist I ever had that genuinely seems to care!!! He was not rushing me out of the office. He listened to me. I'm so happy I found him!

I broke a tooth and after not being able to get an appointment with my dentist for 2 weeks I called perfect smile in Monaca and they couldn't fit me in and suggested I called their Midland office. The lady that answered the phone was super nice and I wish I could remember her name but she was able to get me in first thing the following day with Dr Monsman. I thought it was just for an evaluation but he was able to remove the offending half tooth the same day. The assistant was awesome too! I've not been a hundred percent happy with my dentist and mostly around time issues and a rude assistant and I think I'll stay with Dr Monsman. Super nice guy and did a good job explaining everything and going over my options then pulling my tooth.

They switched to a new company called Perfect Smiles now & let me say both dentist there are absolutely wonderful! Dr. Terasavage (not sure how to spell his name) plays no games he gets down to business! Also made an appointment for my husband who had bad molars & was told he needed to see a surgeon. He didnt have insurance & 2 surgeons took his money & said they couldnt get the teeth out. Perfect smiles got him in the next day at 9am & pulled all 3 of the bad molars out of his mouth! I wasnt expecting that I just thought theyd look at them & schedule a day to take them out but nope! Terasavage is really good & hes there to work & help you. They arent doing unnecessary work like the old dentist . These 2 new ones are really there to help you! My 5 year old was terrified & they completely changed her mind they did so well with her she loved it & isnt afraid of the dentist anymore! Thank you Perfect Smiles
