The office manager has no idea what she is doing and does not take care of any management aspect's seriously. Problem, lets make it worse and add another problem. Just ice the cake and hope nobody notices, being that old and not being able to run an apartment complex for college students is embarrassing.

This is a great place to live despite the reviews. Ive lived here for 2 years and Ive never had an issue with anything in the apartment. All appliances work great, and rent is a good price compared to other apartment complexes. If you decide to live here Id definitely own a bike although its not completely necessary. Maintenance workers are quick to resolve any issue you may have. Only complaint is that space heaters are not allowed. Also the newly installed wifi works fantastic and delivers 400 + Mb/s download speeds wirelessly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for housing.

Parents of Penn State Harrisburg freshmen should seriously consider having your children move into this apartment. It has no affiliation with Penn State Harrisburg Housing. You are not protected at all.
