Having issues trying to get my first application applied. (Was a customer last year, re-upped for 2024 at end of last year and paid in full) 1) The app has shown several appointment dates all of which just disappeared, no reason given. 2) Had an email confirmation for today's appointment which has now been cancelled with no reason given. Found out only by checking to see when they might be coming today.....no cancellation notice. 3) Called number of local office, got the main number who couldn't do anything other than noting my frustration. At this time I have no intention of re-upping for 2025 given the poor/lack of communication.

Douglas answered my questions! I watched him treating my lawn. I had a big concern about unwanted weeds and he stated now onwards every treatment will have weed control included! This is my first year using True Green Service! I am very happy so far!
