This company has the best customer service than with anyone I have ever dealt with. From the owner of the company to the crew that did the work. Great price, great work, and great service. I highly recommend them.

A SHOUT OUT to Professional Approach Landscape Service, Inc. for the recent expert reconstruction of our patio. The home builder installed the original patio on a sand base and after twenty years of erosion and seasonal changes, became very unsightly and unlevel, an obvious trip and fall hazard! And a special THANK YOU to Cameron Wright and the PALS team that worked on the project. They removed the old pavers and the underlying sand to prepare for the rebuild. After skillfully installing a proper compacted crushed stone base, they reinstalled the original pavers and added new pavers to create a slightly larger surface and more attractive placement pattern. My wife and I are quite pleased with the outcome of this much needed restoration. We appreciate that the team started when promised and were very attentive to detail throughout the entire project. When finished, all old materials were removed from the site and surfaces that were disturbed during the work were completely seeded and mulched. Update 12/18: Owner reached out and made this right. Worked diligently multiple times to clean stone and return to original luster. I would use again and appreciate the professionalism. Owner acknowledged tiles must have had staining on them and even offered to replace entire patio. I had a patio installed but had to be away while it took place because of a medical emergency. The installers were very nice (my son checked in with them). When I returned, I notice that multiple pavers in the installation were largely discolored and didn't match. I called multiple times over a period of weeks to ask if they could be replaced. I was told they would come out and fix it. After not hearing anything, I kept calling back to find out that "that's just how the tiles look when they are weathered." They had always looked that way since the first day of installation. Still can't get in touch with anyone to come out and resolve the issue.

I met with the owner at first to get an estimate for some work I needed done. He was very professional and answered my questions. He returned my estimate back to me within a few days as promised. I scheduled the work to be done and it was done exactly how I wanted, neatly and on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for any landscaping work that needs done. I will definitely use them again in the future
