        Everytime I use the drive thru ATM to make a cash deposit the machine will not take all my cash. I have to go in the finish depositing my cash. I complained but nothing gets done!

        This male branch manager is polite, but I think this branch has some serious racial undertone issues. Mortgage officer said no without particulars, and there's this one exceptionally rude CS rep who literally stares at me and turns red when I walk in. She is very nasty and seems buddy-buddy with the Branch manager, (who ignores you if you're person of color). The only reason for 2 stars is the Male Manager and Angelie, who went above and beyond to assist me.
