Ducky's boats salesman and crews been treating me greatly and nicely. Since I am deaf. They are aware of it and making it easier to communicate and patience with me. Answer my questions. Show me the model of boat that I am very interested to purchase it. They gave me a quote of cost in less 30 minutes. Am truly appreciate their time with me. I am very looking foward to purchase the seaark boat from them come up in few months. Give them a thumb up. David Dingle "Ghost"

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Normally, I like to avoid burning bridges, if possible, so my reviews are reserved for truly exceptional experiences. However, Ill make this the exception to my rule. I ordered a Starcraft 1915 Limited 2 1/2 years ago. While I was given a timeframe of its arrival (I understand that that can change so I didnt get perturbed about its delay); what was aggravating was that every time that I HAD TO CALL TO GET ANY UPDATES, my salesman was oblivious to who I even was every time I called (tell me you dont care about your customers without coming out and saying you dont care). That was an indication for my family that we made a poor choice of who to do business with. When we finally got the boat in, it was creeping up on winter (which was finewe kept it in the drive way until spring). After 2 times on the water, our taillight on the Venture trailer that we bought (from Duckys Boats) went out. I called my salesman and was referring to call Verture trailers in Md. to get it fixed on my own (the fix was for them to send me a new brake light for me to install on my own). Now, my table fell apart on my 2 1/2 year old boat and the salesmans response, after not knowing the warranty information, was to send me the warranty info for me to read it on my own. Of course, when I state that Im upset about the situation, the salesman thanks me for being a rotten person without accepting that there was any approach that he couldve taken differently like, at least, pretending to act like he cares about his customers that are paying good money for his product. Ill be continuing to service my boat at Lancaster Marine and, when the times comes to upgrade, Ill be looking to do business elsewhere. Ill also make sure to share my experience with everybody that I discuss boats with. UPDATED IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: Did you even read my review?!? I stated that I understood the timing can change of when the boat arrives; I was very cordial throughout that process (even when my salesman, Tom, could not bother to follow up to give me updates or even remember who I was.). Venture did, absolutely, send me a new tail light assembly free of charge for me to install on my own and still showed more concern about their product than Tom even hinted at. In regards to the broken table, Id be glad to email you a picture of the separated base where the glue wore out. Its amazing to me how quickly you, as an owner, respond to manage your reputation after an unfavorable google review but are unable to even contact a customer to thank them for their purchase. Clearly, your 3.4 score is well earned. Again, Ill be sure to let anybody I speak to know that they should read your reviews before considering doing business with you.
