Lesher Natural Stone, Quartz, & Tile

Just like Jordan posted......we used Leshers in 2021 and had our new granite counters installed in early 2022, kitchen counters and a large peninsula. Contacted Leshers in late December 2023 about adding another cabinet and needed something in the same or very similar granite top, Nichole came up with a remnant and finally called me on on January 30th, told me she would email me the details and a price. It's now February 13th and I have never reciever that email. Had already contacted Colonial marble and granite to see if they had a remnant in Arara Blue, well Laura Reed at Colonial Granite in New Cumberland came through for me, called me on the 2nd and I had the finished piece on the 9th delivered from the KOP store. Smaller jobs should be handled and just as important as a 4K job.

Alexia was great to work with! She took the time to explain about our project and also share all the related steps in caring for our marble counters. I would highly recommend Lesher Natural Stone! They are thoughtful and good with follow-up!

Called from out of state after reading their very informative article about granite sealers. I had additional questions and hoped I might get someone to point me in the right direction. Not only did I get my questions answered, the lady who answered the phone explaned the science behind my countertop problem, what to buy, and where to obtain the product.....knowing I was not a customer of her business. It is truly hard to find this type of customer service in todays environment. Wish I lived closer!

The representative was very helpful in assisting us in selecting our Quartz counter top. They have a large selection.

Having used Lesher before through a contractor and everything going smoothly it made sense for me to reach out again when I needed another countertop in my home. I made an appt as they prefer and showed up on time. I wouldn't say the greeting was overly friendly however someone did approach me. After they looked into the schedule I was informed the person I was suppose to be with called off but someone stepped in to help which I appreciated. I selected multiple remnants I liked for the project and asked for pricing. I came prepared with the dimensions, sink and faucet. I was told since it was a holiday weekend that I would get an email with pricing midway through next week. It's now 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing and I have reached out twice. Incredibly disappointed at how this experience has gone and obviously I feel as though they couldn't care less about having me as a customer.
