I recently hired Crazy K's Concrete, Excavation & Tree Service to replace our driveway which is located on a hill, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. First of all, the team was incredibly friendly and punctual. They showed up on time and ready to work every day, and they were always happy to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Additionally, they were extremely responsive to texts and emails, which made communication a breeze. But the real standout of this experience was owner Jed Kratzer. He was thorough during the entire process, from the initial estimate to the final completion of the project. He took the time to explain everything that was going on and made sure that we were comfortable with the work being done. And, even after the job was finished, he came back to fix some small imperfections that most people would have missed.
