    Joe Cirillo and his team are the ultimate professionals. I can't imagine ever renting out a property again without Joe by my side. Joe and the Elite team have been my partners on my rental property for the past several years. He is professional, well-organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and approaches property management by the book for both owners and tenants. While he acts as my representative regarding my property, Joe approaches a leasing agreement holistically - advocating equally for myself and tenants in order to create a mutually beneficial relationship. Such even-handedness is rare in the industry (based on having worked with a number of property managers over the years) and was a key characteristic that led me to work with Joe and his team. I highly recommend Joe and the Elite team for both owners and tenants.

    I never appreciated my past property managers until I moved into a house managed by Joe Cirillo and Elite rentals. By far the worst experience Ive ever had with a landlord. I never even spoke to the man, he will email you encrypted like emails in the weirdest way and act like a robot. Chatgpt would be a better property manager. Never once worked with me for anything even tho I always paid on time and did not make many request. $2000 dollars I lost on oil and propane because this property manager refused to ask the next tenant if they would like to have the bill switched to their name so I paid for the next tenants oil and propane for next winter. It is just bizarre how little this guy will work with you. Ot hat said, I am pretty sure this company is just one guy, Joe Cirillo, he emails clients and contracts out general contractors for work that needs to be done on the house.

In a few days we will be celebrating our ten year anniversary serving tenants and landlords.In that time we have not had a single complaint after a tenant has moved out of a property. That is until now.As a property management firm, it is never easy to please everyone, especially those tenants who believe that the property management firm is responsible for an error they made.Let's start by getting the facts straight.LATE RENTYou did not always pay rent on time as you claim.In fact, according to your ledger April 2023 rent was not paid on time as per your lease.COMMUNICATIONAccording to our records, all of your communications were responded to in a timely manner and all issues were addressed accordingly as with all of our tenants and landlords. Interestingly enough, many of our communications to you were simply ignored and left unanswered.During your tenancy you never once expressed any issue with how we communicated with you, that is until you were given notice to vacate and you had a utility overpayment issue. Now all of a sudden you do. Interesting.UTILITY OVERPAYMENTAs we clearly stated to you, we do not get involved in tenant to tenant issues.We even took the liberty of sharing your situation with the landlord and they agreed that we should not get involved.You were given notice to terminate your lease more than four months prior to your lease ending so it would seem that you had more than enough time to plan for and reconcile your utility accounts before your move out date.TO ANY POTENTIAL TENANTS READING THIS: Please make sure to plan accordingly when purchasing utilities as we cannot help you in the event you purchase too much.TO ANY LANDLORDS READING THIS: We respond to each tenant and landlord communication in a timely manner and address any issues accordingly. This is one of the cornerstones of the service we provide to all of our tenants and landlords.
