CertaPro Painters of Greater Media, PA

I used Certapro about a month or so ago and was very pleased with how it looks. The crew they sent were all friendly and professional. It was done very quick and left no mess. Tom and Kerri were very good with communication and I can see myself using Certapro in the future. Service: Exterior painting

I used Certapro Media recently to paint my family room and kitchen and they did a fantastic job! They were pleasant to work with and will use them for painting needs in the future.

I rarely leave negative reviews but am compelled to post out of concern for potential future customers. STAY AWAY! Complete lack of professionalism and honesty. They sub-contract all the work. CertaPro is just a useless third party. The owner, Tom, is rude and incompetent. Called to yell at my pregnant wife on the first morning of the project because he screwed up the quoted price. He tried to change the price even though we had a signed contract. I’ve wasted three weeks of my time with this clown show. Update: Owner response to this review is a lie. We agreed to a price, received an invoice and made the first payment. CertaPro Media reneged on the deal once the 3rd party painters they hired expressed an unwillingness to complete the job. Use Sabatini or another company that completes the work themselves.

CertaPro of Media was professional from Tom doing the estimate for doing some exterior painting (including the deck and railings in the picture) to Kerry writing and adjusting the proposal where needed to Hussein's communication of the details of the job and the crew's execution. They were on-time for the estimate on through completion of the job. The work done was quality work with a good value for the price. Service: Exterior painting
