Just closed on a Vacation Rental property in Lake Harmony. Eric at Chesen Mortgage walked with us through the whole process.
The process was hurried by the seller but Eric provided us the Commitment letter very quickly so our offer could be made and to compete with the other offers being made. The details of our mortgage were a bit non standard and Eric was always there for questions and alternative financing options. We even ended up settling on the original day set for closing!
We appreciate Eric Chesen of Chesen Mortgage for all he did for helping us get this deal done on time, and making a dream come true for us!
