We worked with The Kerezsi Real Estate Team on several transactions over the last 7 years and I cannot stress how great they are. They consistently communicated with us through the entire process, took care of all the heavy lifting, and were transparent with everything. On top of it all, their honesty and caring is such a relief when we are dealing with such important decisions! On our last transaction we dealt with a cross country relocation that required a video tour of an unseen home and Megan was able to get it under contract before it even hit the market. It takes a special realtor to be confident enough in their work to achieve this result. Their deep connections in real estate helped this transaction happen because the market is so competitive now theres a good chance if it were to hit the open market it would have gone much higher in price. The professionalism, knowledge and sense of urgency was the difference - especially in a market like this. We highly recommend them!

Megan and the Kerezsi Team were with us since day 1, when we began looking for our first home!
